Store Credit Policy

At CAS Athletic Wear, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Store Credit

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items marked final sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Bodysuits, undergarments, and intimate items
  • Customized or special-order pieces
  • Gift cards

Store Credit Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued store credit via email.
  • Store credit will be issued in the original purchase amount (excluding shipping fees).
  • Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for processing.

Using Store Credit

  • Store credit can be used at checkout and does not expire.
  • It cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please use your store credit to place a new order for your desired item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective
