Store Credit Policy
At CAS Athletic Wear, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Store Credit
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items marked final sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Bodysuits, undergarments, and intimate items
- Customized or special-order pieces
- Gift cards
Store Credit Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued store credit via email.
- Store credit will be issued in the original purchase amount (excluding shipping fees).
- Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for processing.
Using Store Credit
- Store credit can be used at checkout and does not expire.
- It cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please use your store credit to place a new order for your desired item.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective
